Youths, foreigners, convicts get to vote in Takahama

to the city assembly to expand voting rights in referendums by lowering the eligible voting age and allowing foreign permanent residents and convicts to vote

Love how criminals and foreigners are said in the same breath... :roll:

A lot of the racism they have isn't on paper, it is deep in the minds of these politicians. I think the only cure for it is their death.
