Foreigner fatally shot in Gunma

SESAKI, Gunma -- A foreign man was fatally shot in an apartment here early Friday, police said.
The slain man, whose identity remains a mystery, was shot at least once in the shoulder and was pronounced dead on arrival at a nearby hospital.
A Mexican man's passport was left in the same apartment, but investigators are not yet sure whether it belongs to the victim....
....The apartment was located in the Yattajima district of Isesaki, near an industrial estate where many foreigners work.
