If you're planning to eat a cat (ok, let's not go there, but during the war, not all rabbits eaten were really rabbit... and I had a hot ass portuguese friend who liked to scares me with cooking recipe out of my comfort zone). You kill the cat BEFORE washing him... because if you wash the cat first, you might not have enought remaining functionnal limbs to be able to kill (a now War ready pussy) and cook said cat...

A couple of theories:

1) It was intended for a mic, but after fooling around they found a better way to do it and didn't have time to remove the tape.

2) It's a cheap way of pulling those puppies together and making them look perky?

Yeah, in my weurld, this kind is called carpetting tape... To hold carpet to the floor, or metal stock to the sliding table for milling machines...

Judging by what it does to paint finish I would not use it directly on the skin... not even for twisted foreplay...
