2. Writing on ameba (or on toilet paper for that matter) won't ever make up for the time he's not been there in the capacity of a father (even if it's only once a month) for those kids.

3. Your last paragraph is the worst BS I've ever read. My ex and I have two children. She remarried (as did I) and we are all doing great. Our son goes to Waseda university atm. As a single mom who worked and raised two kids for many years on her own most of the time (Japanese legal system usually only grants sole custody) and with monthly child support from me, our children have the utmost respect for both of us. Nobody is thinking of her as a whore and even without the 2nd husband she'd be okay financially. Having lived like that for many years she and I have come to known numerous people who have gone through the same experiences (Japanese and gaijin) and nobody we know of has turned out the way you image things.
