FG 10th birthday

Postby Captain Japan » Fri Mar 16, 2012 5:48 pm

Fuckedgaijin.com celebrates 10 years in business on April 1. It all started with this:

just registered

Looks like the first legit post covered toilets:

High-Tech Toilets

The rest is history.

Nice thread but this is for you:herring: Capt Japan, for ignoring me in other social media recently. (other hint of my question is also at the bottom link),

Feeling a bit sentimental looking back when FG was just a year old toddler... http://www.fuckedgaijin.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11263&highlight=Happy+Birthday

And by the way where is Ultra? I wrote to him 3 days ago as I couldn't access to the donation link.. Was it just me? moderators, any idea? Please PM me if needed.

Yours sincerely,

but cluelessly,

tb

Important info added here just for fun: this is my 777th post (*sigh, take me (almost)10 years to reach this record.)

Ultra is busy with life, and preparing for the big 10th Anniversary Surprise/Sexchange for the FuckedGaijin Forum.

Change happen, of course

But surprise is not surprise and fun anymore if it's being announced in advance..especially you have whole lot of people here who are experiencing quake anytime "by surprise", so advance notice is probably unnecessary, just saying..my 1yen :)

Don't know how I could have gotten this far along without FG! The first site I check every morning, and the one I trust more than any other!

Wow, 10 years. I've been away from Japanland for a time but it's reassuring to know that it and this board are still around and as crazy as ever. Here's to 10 more.

I'm doing great and plotting an extended vacation in Japan and beyond for this fall. It's nice to get a little update on the board so all my cultural references aren't 5-10 years old (don't want to ask how Bob Sapp and Morning Musume are doing.)

I'm interested to see if the disaster has gotten people to focus on something more important than the latest idoru or if all has reverted back to the regular dreamland.

As I found out over the weekend, AKB48 has infected literally everyone I know. Even my hockey teammates were blasting this mess in the car and locker room  The most disheartening thing was our senior player, at age 46, was singing along...

But remember, They work hard to reach their dream...

Of being 2$ spunk dumpsters whoring themselves in pseudo-pedo-porn video...

The most impressively annoying part is the way they overdo their move while doing their synchro dance like if it was some sur-human ability requiring an inordinate amount of dedication and work... I got bearded rednecks from my nude woodworking video series who can pull 2x4 while looking smoother and sexier than these failed tramps despite having chest hairier than your run of the mill untrimmed j-bush...

Man, it has been a long time. I remember coming here back in 2004 following a link from the Tokyo Dv website. My username was Kaibutsu then, and I was an anime addled fool who had the crazy idea in his head of becoming a manga artist in Japan. That is until you guys and gals set me straight on the fact that it'd tough, and Japan's not the cherry blossom wonderland so many anime geeks think it is. Despite all that, I still love this place, because I can get the true view of Japan and how it relates to the world.

That is fine Jack, you can say what you want, but thanks to one senior member, a real stand up guy, he really helped me out in a time of crisis, and I'm not sure where I would be without his help. Also two years ago, when my brother was killed Cyka Uchin and others went the extra mile to help me out getting home quickly. So yes, I do feel this site has been a godsend.
