One of my good friends was the head music producer for Johnny's for several years. He was paid something like 800 yen an hour, had to work tons of free overtime, and the list goes on. Like the sponsorship deal, the job pay was more about status and the idea of with that on his resume, he could get a job anywhere in the industry afterwards. He eventually quit as he was coming down with all sorts of weird stress related health issues. The turning point was when one of his mid 30's coworkers literally died from the workload. Looked around for other industry jobs and found only marginally better paying positions that he was overqualified for. (too many tards in this cuntry think the music industry is glamorous and jump in without talking to anyone already in the industry...and too few positions to fill) He eventually got his pilot license and is now a commercial pilot. Anyhow, the point is, so many companies here sell people on status, false hopes, and dreams.

I still missed out on the job.
I suspect the google-eyed young woman delighted at her chance to be with the band was more appealing (she'd be a better fuck than me, too. I've got to admit I'm getting to the stage where I might consider competing in this field, too....).

I was gonna become a drug dealer, but after being slapped to the face with a wet fish following the Spooky Delvin versus Turdy Lloyd case, I've decided I'm going to become a business entrepreneur: I still get the thrill of being a criminal but don't need to face the consequences. I can rake millions in off people, stop producing product and give up paying bills, let alone taxes. Then I can go off and count my money because suing someone in Japan is a fucking pain in the arse that takes years and results in trifling payouts that are so immoral it robs the victor of even a moral victory.

Just start a religion.
