Hey, there always hope. They're digging again where they suspect Jimmy Hoffa is buried and they're sure to find him THIS time. And, just last week there's new sonar image that may show the long-sought wreckage of Amelia Earhart's plane on the bottom of the ocean by Kiribati Island.

Mummified remains found in restaurant in Morioka
CRIME JUN. 19, 2013 - 06:38AM JST

IWATE —
Police said Tuesday that a mummified body was found earlier this month in a storage cabinet in a restaurant in Morioka, Iwate Prefecture.

According to police, a DNA analysis revealed that the body was that of Akihiro Minatoya, who had been reported missing 11 years ago by his family in Aomori Prefecture. He was 52 at the time of his disappearance.

Fuji TV reported that police received a call from a member of Minatoya’s family on June 5, reporting that a mummified body was in a crate in a restaurant owned by Minatoya’s ex-wife. Police are questioning the ex-wife about the matter and said they are treating the case as a possible homicide.

Don't forget the ketchup and napkins.....always get the most shocked expressions when I ask for those here...

Back on topic but yeah, it's obviously the police/family know what is going on (whatever that may be) and it's going to be pretty hard to avoid it going public once he's back at work.

If he was an oil spill a PR company would recommend being fully open from day one.

But for a small business there is less public interest, perhaps the best thing is to quash our curiosity and let it fade into the land of Lord Lucan.

The moment Dart surfaces, whether it be a bloated body bobbing on the surface of Tokyo Bay or as "Garina" a headliner in a tranny bar in Bangkok, the family can only expect a tsunami of news reports in the tabloid press like the Daily Mail, et al.

Right now we are the only ones speculating about his so-called "disappearance" on May 22nd, which was ONE FUCKING MONTH AGO.

I have a feeling that is what will happen unless he joins the ranks of the guys who have "fallen" off buildings, down stairwells, had unusually thin skulls cracking during undiagnosed epileptic fits, died of pneumonia while having a seriously bruised body etc

I bear the guy no ill will nor would I join any lynch mob to tar and feather the guy if it comes out he just bailed on the wife or something silly like that. I just honestly want to know what happened, especially if it was something more than that.

That being said, it may not make headline news across the world but it will probably be blown up over here.

It is weird but just the morning he disappeared he was talking about drink orders for the event later in the day and also plans for the events the next day etc. If you are planning on doing a runner, you just wouldn't care about that stuff right?

Depending on how serious you were about the runner, you might want everyone to think that you care about that stuff.

maybe he already had a wife in the UK

I do think that the events of 3-11 are still with us in a way, prolonged low key stress, especially with kids and people flapping on about radiation, so even without any previous history I wouldn't be surprised if we all have increased stress levels we are unaware of

Yea, it's not like daichi had any kind of spill not even continuing 2 years after... Or if they restart farming in not polluted area not affected by the not damaged nukular powerplant... But you shure iz right, the worse is people talking aboot radiation...

(Funny to see that people unable to make their point on the inocuity of this accident with proper arguments are now trying to win inertia... "See, it's all good, we're not even dead yet, told"ya so, totally safe...")

Talking rationally is fine, it's when people make claims like Tokyo is irradiated that it becomes a little irritating (common in the comments of Zero Hedge whenever the Japanese economy is mentioned). The problem was never going to be the area covered, it was always going to be the way the poison works its way into the food chain.

Coligny, I'm no fan of nukes or vegans, but fuck, mate, you live on MuckDonald's. You are probably getting comparatively healthier by consuming massive amounts of cesium rather than that shite. (I eat it a lot myself, too, but I'm much closer to death than most posters here)

The point being, I know what I'm paying for when I buy McDo stuff.

When you buy food from Tohoku labelled as being from Kanto you are facing fraud. Even if there was no pollution whatsoever. In a country where industrial glue grade rice was sold as food because some genius with a calculator discovered it was making bigger profit, the outcome with Tohoku's products was beyond evident from day one...
