I am not making apologies for making arrests over this victimless crime, but I think this got to be such a big deal because the calendar is promoting a host club. All part of letting the fuzoku industry continue while constantly pricking it with tiny pins. It took them nine months to get around to being offended by it.

You can register for free too. Not sure how many articles that gets you, but that's what I did. It's actually quite nice because they send you a "Today's Top News Stories" email each morning.

I know a guy with prodigious output and with a bit of time on his hands. He knows what is trending on twitter too. He's not scared to get his hands dirty and get to the bottom of a story, rooting out people who hide behind noms de plume. Should I give him a shout?

I believe he has had a proper education in journalism as well.

Er ... I don't know how serious you guys are, but expecting FG.com to be a broad, well-balanced news source is a bit unrealistic dontcha think? Most of the guys who made any attempt to provide a few newsworthy tidbits on a regular basis have moved on (Mulboyne comes to mind).

Not trying to dis the board, just observing reality.

Yes I agree that FG has changed in nature over time, as all these sites do.

I still think it gives JT a run for its money from time to time. Whether that says things about FG or about JT, I'm not entirely sure.
