Togo was sent to the Tokushima Prefectural Police from the Tokushima Prefectural Government in 2002. She was shocked to learn that about 40 percent of all police officers nationwide were classified as being obese.
What makes me laugh is how the police round these parts put on a show of force, standing at every major intersection on the 10th, 20th & 30th of every month. (Everyone just drives more carefully on those days and drive like idiots on every other day)
