Gaijin: The next generation of factory workers

An advisory panel to Foreign Minister Yoriko Kawaguchi proposed Wednesday that public schools unconditionally accept children of foreign workers in Japan because nearly half of them currently do not go to school, Foreign Ministry officials said.
