Teacher arrested for attempted rape of 5th grade girl at sch

Postby Big Booger » Sat Oct 25, 2003 11:44 pm

A 33-year-old elementary school teacher in Tokyo was arrested after he allegedly tried to rape a fifth-grade girl at the school, police said Friday.

The man took the student to a conference room in the school on Thursday when she experienced muscle pain and tried to rape her there, but he gave up as she started crying, they said.

He has admitted to the charge, they added.

The arrested man has been a teacher for 10 years, and the principal at the school said, "He was good with children. It is regrettable that he was involved in such an incident."

This is sick.. what kind of a twisted psycho tries to rape anyone, much less a little elementary school kid...

Castration and imprisonment might cure this sort of thing.

After all the things I've heard politicians in Japan say, I'm rarely shocked by any of the comments that accompany news stories anymore. But what the fuck is this supposed to mean?

"It is regrettable that he was involved in such an incident."

Seriously, what is this guy thinking? No comment about what the girl must be going through, or any statement of concern for her welfare - just that it's a shame this guy couldn't rein in his pedophilic tendencies?

Perhaps that big influx of gaijin is needed more than they realize.

"Seriously, what is this guy thinking?"

They TV interviews with the girls at the pedophile's school seemed to be uniformly negative. " KIMOI"/creapy was mentioned by ALL the students: "Demo, ano sukebe senko wa kimoi to omowanai?"
(Well, don't you think that perv teach was creapy?)

-----
KIMOI is slang for kimochi warui
senko is slang sort of like saying "Hey teach"

The "this guy" I was referring to wasn't the teacher but the administrator who made the comment I quoted. I'm sure the teacher was quite creepy, but what's with the administrators "regrettable he was involved" comment?

So the school administrators are clueless about how the students percieve their teachers to be. I guess that's one thing Japanese and US schools have in common, though in the US, it usually takes the form of laying off teachers that students love because they failed some one standardized test in a subject they don't teach.

ex-pest schoolteachers avoid detention
The Japan Times, Dec 15
"It was just a massage, nothing more!" protested Taku Hashimoto, a 33-year-old teacher in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo, right after he had been accused of trying to rape one of his charges, a girl in the fifth grade of elementary school.

But Ogi sees the situation in a much more critical light. "All male teachers have a Lolita complex," he asserts. "They became teachers because they like children."

Now that is sick..

And to think more male teachers are hired on average than female...

Well, unless she just pitched a complete game in little league baseball, I don't think any massage was needed.

I agree. I'm still wondering why they don't use castration on people like that, I mean especially those who do the same crime several times. I know it's said that it's all psychological, maybe caused by something happend during the childhood ... but I also agree to

You would have to hold me down with a thousand men to keep me from breaking this guys neck if that where my daughter. I would go to jail for my children in a heartbeat.

I wouldn't care if people say 'If you do so you are no better than the one who commited the crime'. Damn

(I know my post is a bit late -.-)
