J-elves to strike over uniform

Just two days before X-mas, female Japanese elves (FJ elves) are threatening to strike over a dispute concerning their new uniforms.

However, the females have been given considerably less to wear. Pictured (below) is a representative holding the entire female uniform:


The current acting-Santahas been described as a bit of a Sapp by detractors but was pictured (below) meeting with a representative of the FJ elves to negotiate a happy ending.
