The man, Yoshiharu Suzaki, 24, was arrested for bodily injury resulting in death after the incident on Wednesday evening. He has reportedly admitted to the allegations.
"[b]He was on my futon and wouldn't move, and I just flew into a rage and kicked him," police quoted Suzaki as saying.
"Get a rope".
