I'm not sure: the signage at that zoo is not really accurate. Becoming rare? Numbers are decreasing, but I don't think they qualify as anything close to rare yet.

There seems to be a ramp up in Engrish road signs here where native speakers were obviously not consulted with. Some quite dangerous. Of course the response is usually something along the lines of "Well, the Japanese is right" while the fucked Engrish formally get inducted into the waseieigo lexicon.
