A mate from the UK back in May was told by his nurse sister that some of the dancing nurse videos were made by those fed up with the constant news that hospitals were being overrun with covid-19 patients. At her hospital and her friends' hospitals that wasn't the case. They were dancing to show that they had free time cause basically the media frenzy was bullshit in some places.
At the end of the day a true pandemic has a death rate of about 5 percent, apparently covid 19 is 0.5.

Initially, I would say he did...after that, he definitely could have done much more.
