I don't know how much longer this movement will be around because there will be substantial losses for people who bought in and stay in too long. It has, of course, been great to see the hedge funds being hoist on their own petard. But it isn't sustainable. The price of these shares will suddenly collapse back to their true value and in the case of a bricks and mortar video game trading chain that probably won't be much.

I'm trying to find out which shares a certain Jacob Ress-Mogg's fund company has shorted. There are a lot of people (Scots included as of recently) who would happily gamble on those shares just to scald him good. I'd certainly be in for the game. And you never know, one of my losers might get caught up in the fun and games. So, it's all good as far as I'm concerned.

The Tesla angle is just Musk laughing at the shorts getting burned and his opinion that shorting should be illegal. Nothing to do with the company/stock performance. Shorts interest on TSLA is "normal" ATM.

Regardless, I'm in for the long haul, at least til 2025. As nerded out as I am on TSLA, every month the signs just keep pointing more and more to Tesla murdering the competition and legacy auto on the autopsy table. Have you seen the new steeze?
