Mitsubishi, like the other local manufacturers, are fucked. I give them 7 years tops but likely fail before then. Just adding a buffer for parts sales and repairs after their vehicles become unsellable. I do wonder what will become of the Kei-car class though. I think Japan may get a Tesla factory near the Panasonic factories and maybe then we'll see single piece cast kei-sized cars? (probably too powerful and overweight to fit current kei classification)
