Oh, I didn't know they did worse in TOEFL tests than the rest of Asia. How many people actually take that test? I know it was a requirement of the psuedo-exchange students at my school (the ones on the satelite campus) to become full fledged exchange students. Why else would a Japanese take a TOEFL?
