SEOUL, South Korea (Reuters) -- A 34-year-old South Korean man suspected of being the country's worst serial killer may have murdered at least 23 people, but the suspect was unsure himself of the number because there were "too many," police said.

Of course there was Mr. Queerhands, Tsutomu Miyazaki who kidnapped and murdered four small girls in Tokyo and Saitama back in 1996 or the Kobe serial killer being paroled this year . However Japanese serial killers are underachievers in their Kill Totals. On the other hand, Japanese cops are too busy busting folks for riding-a-bike-while-gaijin to find any serial killers.
