Gov't official abducts schoolgirl for kinky romp

A Matsuyama Municipal Government employee was arrested Monday after he tried to abduct a schoolgirl so he could have sex with her, police said.

Kohei Shiozaki, 25, the government official, was arrested for abduction with intent to indecently assault.
