Panache Fodder; Recruiter Diluter

These days looking for a job in the Gaijin Market is like a cat chasin his own tail. Ever Fucked Gaijin oriented site has the same set of recruiters and the same jobs from 6 mos back.
And it seems each web site is loaded up with nothing but fodder from the same recruiters.

I would say Panache is probably the most blatant advertiser. They are like on 3 of the major gaijin job boards with and you cant tell whats up or down with any of their descripts (with my experience - all non-financial; and the wish list type IT descripts).
Not that Panache is a bad company that I know of, I have worked with a good recruiter there.

But does anybody else feel alienated by this stuff?

I've been hitting the sites looking for work, and I have even been out to ebisu to visit the panache recruiters but its all old jobs that recruiters have failed to take down. My guess is that they are just collecting resumes in case they get jobs. The panache recruiter told me their job stock is low right now. but man a brothers gotta eat.

which job boards are you referring to? I've been looking around the job boards recently (my current contract finishes up soon), and haven't found any good job sites...

There are many more. Go to Gaijinpot, or even the Japanese job boards will hire gaijin if you input your info. That is how I got my IT job even though the IT bubble had popped and the market was crap.

Yeah krimebot.

They use mostly old data.

I jjust happened to know the personel guy at Fujitsu at the time.
I called the guy and he sayed "Ohhh that job is ooooolllllllddddddd, Wher did you find it?" and he also added "I wrote that job description about a year ago.

I actually have no idea what Reseda is like, but apparently it's where people go to die??:D. Its just a line from a song that was playing when I filled out my profile. ('Screenwriters' Blues' by Soul Coughing)

That's not why I went to Reseda. I had a mighty fine girlfriend that lived in Reseda. Ooh she was a hot little number.
