This kind of stuff leads to something bigger. There was this kid when I was in grade school that did some stuff like this. He was a few years younger and only knew name and face. On a return visit to the states a few years ago a heard this guy was in prison. Seems they found a few bodies under the floorboards.

Nah, I'm agreeing with you. As long as his punishment fits the crime though... they should have him work in an animal treatment center or something.
