Help out an inaka-dweller?

Hey there. Does anyone know about shopping for gaijin clothes in Osaka or Tokyo? I'm in Kagawa, hence nothing exists here. Is there anyone who can point me to a district or place that has gaijin sized clothes? :?:

FG Thread: Buying Clothes in Japan covered some of this ground. There is no specific district in Tokyo or Osaka but Eddie Bauer, Gap, Uniqlo etc are fairly common in both cities. Shoes can be trickier.
