From what I have heard, most real schoolgirls are wearing regular gym shorts beneath their skirts as photo protection.puargs wrote:However, in Japan, I can see this legislation being necessary because of the dress codes in Japanese schools. If the girls are *forced* to wear skirts, and as a result put up with an insane amount of sexual predators, then that's something that needs to be fixed.

I personally can't figure out what kind of person would want to view pictures of people taking a dump.
An image device capable of transmitting secretly captured footage was found in a women's toilet at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government headquarters in Tokyo's Shinjuku-ku, it has been learned.
The device, which is about the size of a pack of cigarettes, was reportedly discovered last Friday. Metropolitan Government officials reported the find to police, and distributed documents warning people to be on the alert.
Officials said the card-shaped device was found in a women's toilet on the south side of the 37th floor of the building. A worker at a company hired by the metropolitan government found the device hidden behind toilet paper. It contained a lens and was rechargeable.
After the discovery, officials examined all toilets in the building, but no other suspicious devices were found. On Monday the metropolitan government's general affairs department sent a warning to all departments urging people to be on the alert for "suspicious objects."
