from one of the 'sleeper' at Narita:

narita airport is this giant shell shaped thing that has a cool train. the seats are the ones that don't have arms on them. they are very well padded, however the floor is even more comfortable. also, there is a secure and free area where u can leave your baggage. terminal 'b' is easier to sleep in. they have good free tv sets everywhere, and it is generally quiet. the food is overpriced and disgusting, as is the beer (watered down of course) they serve. the bathrooms are nightmares, though. the women cleaners enter at any time and enjoy watching you urinate. "

hell, this happens to me everyday in my office building. The female cleaning staff are always showing up in the bathroom while I'm in midstream standing at the urinal. I don't understand why they can't clean the facilities in the very early morning like I've seen in most places.

The thing I always liked about Narita are the shower & nap rooms in the international terminal. After 8-9 hours on a plane from the US, 300 yen for 30 minutes' usage of one of the shower rooms is a bargain.

Wow, great timing tinateoh. I was just wondering how I was going to spend the night in Toronto in July on my way back home. That site had lots of good suggestions.
