Are 20-somethings the ones who need to be friendlier with their neighbors across the sea? I thought it was the old farts who still thought of Korea as the enemy.

Gotcha. You seem to have a low opinion of Japanese 20-somethings, saying that they are so tied to trends. So it isn't trendy to hate Korea now, when was the last time it was?

Off topic, but this is one behavior of females that I find the most irritating. IMO no one should care enough about someone who doesn't know them to do things like that. It's not healthy.
