Honda CB 400 Motorcycle

Well, its that time that I have to head back home for a while, and Ive got myself a motorcycle that I need to do something with. I guess my options are to either 1) sell it or 2) export it back home. Both options I have no clue how to do.

Ive never sold a vehicle to another person before in Japan, so what exactly do I need to do? Can i simply give the vehicle registration to the person I am selling it to, and then, like in the US, they just take it down to an office somewhere and convert over the name? Some how I feel it must be more to it than that in Japan, right?

If i want to export it back to the US, how does one go about doing that? Anyone have any recommendations on some import/exporter guy or something?
