Scalping tickets is a crime?! Tell that to the guys with crew cuts outside every major concert venue. At least with scalping people can actually buy tickets to the game. Did anyone see the shot on the news last night of the FIFA ticket booth with broken glass doors. Seems some Japanese soccer hooligans broke them out of frustration at not being able to buy tickets for vacant seats.
