Urgent need vinyl sticker removal

Amazon or rakuten or any source, need one of those rubber disk that you put on drilling or polishing machines to remove burned/dried vinyl stickers.

My electric tape gordini stripes looks miserable and the whip leave to a new forever home on early/mid october. With tis weather i can work long outside without being knocked by a heatstroke. I already bought 3m high quality (*) uv resistant replacement, but can't put them over the old one.

(*) that stuff is easily more expensive the black market organs from freshly murdered toddlers...
