Searching for the perfect Japanese employee

Yes my fucked brethren, I have been ridiculously absent. I blame being chained to a desk in Legoland and hit repeatedly with the hammer of micromanagement.

I am still on the search for a country manager for my company, and need to put a job notice out. Am assuming that there is some kind of electronic forum for doing such a thing, if anyone can point me in the right direction, I'll be grateful. And maybe can buy you a drink or something.

I might ask them to change the admin username on a firewall, and they will spend 3 hours explaining why they cant do it (not common in Japan, can't be done on CISCO firewalls, manager isn't here to approve, etc)
