I don't care what anyone says. Korea will never become a tolerant country. I've visited several Asian countries and had the fortune to live in China and Japan. At the end of the day, Korea just sucks. They can say whatever they want but home-grown (i.e. never left the country) Koreans deep down despise foreigners.
Good luck to this guy, i'm sure his job will be a living hell for the first part thanks to not convincing Koreans to take any forward thinking initiatives

It turns out that the Joongang Daily misspelled his name: It is Lee Cham not Lee Charm. [color="SlateGray"]
