I don't care what anyone says. Korea will never become a tolerant country. I've visited several Asian countries and had the fortune to live in China and Japan. At the end of the day, Korea just sucks. They can say whatever they want but home-grown (i.e. never left the country) Koreans deep down despise foreigners.
