Unless you're talking about blow jobs or housework you're talking out of your ass. About the only thing women are good for in the workplace is gossiping and making sure they AC is set to an unreasonably high temperature in the summer.

Definitely. They seem to think their inability to make male friends or work with them effectively is a sign of how useless Japanese men are. They're too racist to realize it's a sign of how useless they are to the Japanese and that tolerating the women because they like yellow pussy doesn't make them progressive.
kurogane wrote:I suppose the flip side of that is the palpable racism towards Jpn women of Sooper Delegate Clintonite RadFem white female FGs. It's pretty funny how blind they are to it, though, so I usually prefer to bait and wait when I meet them. Most of them are just blinded by dogma, not actually true A'holes.
PS I am not talking about how FG women can have it harder here but their palpable and often hysterical hatred of Japanese femininity.

I heard from my friend in Korea that she just bought an iPhone because she didn't want to keep a bomb near her two-year old. I know it's only one data point but if that's the start of a trend Samsung might be real fucked.

Are you actually not allowed on with it even if it is turned off??? That is fecked.
On the way over I got my own chuckle from how many times they mentioned the Samsung safety issue warning in English but only once or twice in Japanese. The Jpn guy across from me was definitely using his, and while I am no expert it looked exactly like the one in the warnings and from my furtive Google Image check on the in-flight WIFI thingy.

When I flew in Sept they had to be turned off, in your carry on, and no charging allowed. Seems they've been totally banned since then.
Green said that he had powered down the phone as requested by the flight crew and put it in his pocket when it began smoking. He dropped it on the floor of the plane and a "thick grey-green angry smoke" was pouring out of the device. Green’s colleague went back onto the plane to retrieve some personal belongings and said that the phone had burned through the carpet and scorched the subfloor of the plane.
