Boys make up two-thirds of callers to the Japan Family Planning Association clinic in Tokyo, which offers counseling to adolescents on sex-related issues.
A clinic staff member said a middle school student from the metropolitan area once called the clinic saying that he felt his body was abnormal.
"I'm ashamed of my body, and girls don't like it. I want to have an operation," he reportedly said.

I had never even heard of such a condition. How in the hell does it happen? Does the skin just wither up and shrink to size to small to allow Mr. Popper to hop out?

I wonder if they were to ever get it out, if it would stay out? I think as long as they wash with soap their tally wacker, hygiene shouldn't be a problem.
