Japanese people fucking suck. I'm not saying that the US is culinary heaven, but if you can't find something good to eat in NYC, the problem is you not the food.

Reminds me of a private lesson I had with a guy one time. He was telling me about a trip to Europe where he'd gone to Germany, France, and Italy. I asked which country's food he liked the best. He said none of them because "I like rice."

Personally, I love German food but I can understand not being crazy about it if you're not a meat and potatoes kind of guy or gal. However, if you tell me that you couldn't find one good thing to eat in all of France and Italy, I feel really sorry for you.
