I am looking to chat with the locals in English. Where should I go on the NET to find locals who want to chat in English??? Thanks for the help!

I don't know any but I guess they are around.. perhaps not much locally though as the population of English speakers is so small in comparision. There are some keitai ones.. ie on your mobile phone.
