Vinyl records

Postby oyajikun » Mon Jun 20, 2005 3:00 pm

I am looking for any type of vinyl music to buy in bulk. House, reggae, soul, jazz, down tempo, hiphop or whatever. Genre not too important. I just need records to play with!

Please email me at 'tripleseven@gmail.com' if you can help me out.

Try Aruta in Shinjuku mate. It's on the top floor. More vinyl than you can imagine!!

Cool ,I'll have to check it out over the weekend.

What I'm really hoping to find is someone that has a crates worth to get rid of. Maybe someone who lost interest or who just wants to make space.

But thanks for the tip. I'll be there this weekend for sure!

I wouldn't call myself a turntablist but I like to scratch and play with old records. I used to spin but I sold my decks to finance a euro-rail trip about 5 years ago before coming to Japan. But last week I decided to get a new kit. Only thing is that all my records are in England.. or my sisters have plundered them..

Sounds familiar, I was a Mobile disco operator till cd's killed my business. I had crates of music on vinyl stored with family and friends until I went to get some old faves and............ what records?? the bastards sold, stole or lost just about everything! It's a good thing I now live the other end of the Continent from some of them, but life goes on. Sorry I can't help.

I just emailed you. I have maybe 50? records I'd be willing to part with, but not give away in the genres that you listed- particularly house and downtempo. I'm in Meguro.

Thanks! I'll have to reply after I get home tonight as I can't access webmail from work. Again, thank you.

No I've never done clubs but I do spin at a few different bars from time to time. I just enjoy making cd's to give to friends.
