Mr Kobayashi: First, I experienced a sort of overpowering feeling whenever I was in the room with foreigners, not to mention a powerful body odor coming from them. I don't know whether it was a sweat from the heat or a cold sweat, but I remember I was sweating whenever they were around.

they shot the Brazilian guy 8 times. 7 times in the head, once in the shoulder.

thats just damn wrong.

but, all those people who are rallying against the police because they shot an innocent man ARE STUPID. Yes, it was a wrong thing to do. But there are god knows how many wannabe suicide bombers lurking in the streets of the UK. People should just concentrate on helping the police find the bastards, instead of trying to interrupt them and spread bad feelings.

He is from Brazil - simulating a tropical heat climate - probably keeps (kept) the heat on in his apartment in summer ...

That's possible, but he didn't just get off the boat. He'd been there for awhile, so it was not like he wasn't aclimatized. Also, a lot of people believe that a coat in stockwell can be very indicative of another type of heat.

The Brazillian forigen minister was having a bit of a moan about the policing methods in the UK.

He has a great point, the lack of Police death squads to round up street children is a criminal oversight on our part. No?

maybe its because I was too young to fully understand what was going on when IRA was bombing England, but, I dont see the connection with IRA and Al Qaeda.

The IRA used to warn the police of the bomb, so as to kill as few citizens as possible.

Al Qaeda just wants blood and to shock and scare.

Ok, they both used bombs that are deadly. But their methods are completely different.

Feel free to blast my innocence on this, Im not up on the IRA

I wouldn't wax too fondly about the IRA...They opted against killing large sums of people not because of some moral issue (since they had no problems killing people on a regular basis), but because it was simply 'bad for business'...when indiscriminate bombings happened, it cost them support at home and funds from sympathizers abroad. Through coded telephone warnings they maintained a better image while still getting their 'point' (what ever it was) across. After the bombing at Omagh in 98, where a phone warning was made but was unclear about the exact location of the bomb and 48 people were killed, the IRA lost a tremendous amount of popular support.

Especially among those 48. I'm sure they were not pleased at all.

If you are going to blow up a place and kill or possibly kill indigenous persons, or at least injure them, whether or not you espouse a motto, reason, or say nothing about why you are doing it, you are a terrorist. There should be no sympathy for terrorists. No rationalization and apologies. There probably should not even be news coverage to propagate the news of their success, if you would call it that.

They should open season on the particular terroists following an event. There should be no limit. Bag and tag them.
