Gee, how do chickens have peckers and what do the roosters think about this?
Ok, ok, the idea is that the Chicken Pecker(tm) restaurants serve free-range chicken that have "pecked" for their food.

In Shirotori, Gifu there's a pension called White Pecker. Somewhere I have a grainy old photo of me & a friend posing in front of the place, gesturing to our manhoods.

IIRC, the place was mentioned in a knock-off of the Roads to Sata book by Alan Booth. Written by some Kiwi; nowhere near as good as the original...
