Reuters: PepsiCo Australia unit buys rice snacks business
NEW YORK, Aug 9 (Reuters) - Smith's Snackfood Company, an Australian unit of PepsiCo International, said on Tuesday it has acquired Sakata Rice Snacks Australia. Smith's said it acquired all assets of Sakata in Australia, including its manufacturing facility in North Laverton, Victoria, which will continue to produce Sakata products...Smith's has also acquired worldwide rights, excluding Japan, to manufacture, distribute and market Sakata products.

Just want to say that while I was back in Melbourne last year we lived on these things. They are tasty.
The jingle on the commercial is pretty unforgetable, meaning you won't be able to forget it. Sa Ka Ta....

Their website says it is based on "Da Da Da" by 80s German band Trio
