it's actually a decent board, a few dedicated posters who are informative (though I must say danchan, the guy who runs it, is a bit too negative about Japan at times). I got a lot of my pre-move to Japan questions answered there. Main problem is that it's fairly slow (message volume wise), and those annoying ezboard pop-up ads.
