You could go visit Moran (yes, that's really the name) and check out the dog market. It's on lines 3 and 8, and is something you're not likely to see anywhere else in the world.

Note: It's not about pets.

One thing you could definitely do is get the shit kicked out of you for talking to Korean girls.

I just took the subway from Moran station yesterday. Didn't know there was a dog market there. If the traffic into Seoul backs up again and i jump out to ride the subway around Moran station I will check it out.

CS,
Is it easy to find? I speak about 4 words in Korean.

Way too easy unfortunately... They're right at the entrance of the market. Cages crammed with these poor dogs waiting to die, right beside displays of butchered dog part, horrendous.
And now I've seen some whale meat restaurants opening.
When I was a kid I used to believe in the idea of progress. Really looks like the dumbest idea nowadays.

I'm going to assume you're flying into Incheon and not Gimpo, since Gimpo's mostly for domestic stuff these days.

You'll have to get a bus from Incheon to Seoul since there's no train line (gotta love progress - Gimpo has a stop on the Seoul subway), which takes an hour plus, depending on where in downtown you're trying to get and how bad traffic is. Don't bother with a taxi, since the buses are more comfortable and have fixed fares (usually about 8000 to 12000 won). Get your bus ticket from one of the counters in the arrival lobby. They speak passable English, so just tell them where you want to go, and they'll sell you the ticket and tell you where to get your bus.

I was down there about 6 months ago and all the GIs had a midnight curfew. It seems the curfew is long term not something temporary like after serious fights, etc.
Business is down and the girls are desperate 8)

There are also buses that hit all the major hotels. Korean air runs the nicest buses and charges 12,000 won one way.
