Happy Yokohama Wedding

25th September, 2005. Yokohama's Yamashita Koen sees its first wedding. Looks chilly.

New city regulations in Yokohama allow anyone to book Yamashita Koen and Grand Mall Koen up to 11:00a.m. for 3,900 yen (booking required six months in advance). Yokohama wants weddings in particular as part of their "Yokohama Wedding" promotion.
