Nah, Says you have to have a visa and Taro is an illegal. Been here 33 years on a 90 day entry permit. Also, he has no Japanese and English skills, so unless they open it for a Swahili speaking oarsman, Taro wouldn't qualify. I certainly wouldn't recomend him for the cook!
