Tower PC For Sale

Postby FG Lurker » Wed Nov 02, 2005 10:26 am

Along with the two notebooks listed already, I have a custom-built PC for sale. This machine could be used as a server, or also as a desktop machine. The dual CPUs make it very quick, it's a pleasure to use.

Custom Built Mid-Tower
Windows 2000 English
Dual Pentium III 1GHz CPUs
1GB PC133 Memory (may be 1.25GB actually)
80GB Hard Disk Storage (20GB + 60GB)
8x DVD+R/RW
3.5" Floppy
Recovery CD

This machine was my main computer until about a year ago. It has a Matrox Millennium G400 in it, a great card even today for 2D work. All the normal stuff of course, 10/100 LAN, audio, etc. It also has a couple of extra cooling fans in it. Includes a brand new English keyboard and a new scroll mouse too. The DVD+R/RW drive is also new.

The only downside to this machine really is that it is not that quiet. It doesn't roar either of course, but it's not a near-silent PC by any stretch of the imagination.

I'm asking 35,000 for this box, which is actually very likely less than the value of the parts it contains if I was to sell them all separately. It's just sitting in the corner taking up space right now though...

It's an MSI 694D Pro-A. MSI's spec page for this board is here.

It's always been very stable.
