It takes 7 times to measure their chests to find out the amount of padding required to make them have a chest beyond a 10year olds.

The fact is, "good things take time".



The full measuring process has enough pricking and poking as it is and there's no sense in rushing these things, especially as a good tailor doesn't restrict themselves to external measuring.
