That was pretty low down busting all those poor young ladies trying to make a living! hehehe

However, I think the keyword here is "Chinese"! If it were all domestic employees, I don't think it would have come down!

This sounds weird to me. It's easy to set up a delivery health service here... Sounds like the poeple running this wern't very smart about how they went about it.
And you run and you run to catch up with the sun but it's sinking
Racing around to come up behind you again
The sun is the same in a relative way, but you're older
Shorter of breath and one day closer to death

Now this illustration has me curious. Does it really take 7 measurements for a fitting for one of these loose-fitting maid frocks, or is it just another excuse for some horny old guy with a tape measure?

Wouldn't you take your time if you knew you were measuring cute, naked dancers and prositutes for outfits and getting PAID for it?
:P

It takes 7 times to measure their chests to find out the amount of padding required to make them have a chest beyond a 10year olds.

The fact is, "good things take time".

The full measuring process has enough pricking and poking as it is and there's no sense in rushing these things, especially as a good tailor doesn't restrict themselves to external measuring.

Looks like I have a busy day ahead of me.

Long arm of the Tokyo law wrestles with Akihabara's street geeks

MSN-Mainichi, by Marvin Feltcher /July 26, 2006
.....recently the Metropolitan Police Department has put an end to the bands' performances and stopped the maids from handing out their leaflets, prompting complaints of persecution from the otaku, many of who believe that they're being treated unfairly.
"It's not the first time the cops have tried to quash otaku culture," economist and otaku culture expert Takuro Morinaga tells Cyzo. "When a maid cafe in Akihabara tried to host a school swimsuit competition, the cops came in and gave the owners a real roasting."....more...
