I wonder if Korea will just stand by and watch it's fishermen being harassed by Japan again.

What's the South Korean navy like then? I know they have a huge f*ck off army and formidable airforce, but they're not much good for something like this.

Japan may have burnt and flattened most of Korea during its nazi WW2 past

there is some bad blood between these folks



sour remarks, and a bitter past

but the S.Korean people of today are tough fuckers, even the non-army people / local old folks are really mean
they get totally fired up about jobs, the enviornment or taxes and then practice runnning street battles with the South Korean police
these weekly riots and street fights

makes Gladiator and Crounching Tiger look like a Disney film

Korea however has a crap navy when compared to the Japanese/ Indian or British Naval force
but they have got a lot of high tech weapons from the US, their aircraft seem top notch with a deadly airforce, and the Koreans are starting to invest in ships like the recent building of the Largest Landing Ship, an LPX design....the ship has been named "Dokdo"
