Anyone in Tokyo looking for cheap English novels and magazines might want to check the IMPORT BOOKS CLEARANCE SALE in the basement of the Shibuya Tower Records on the 15th December. For three days they are selling off some old stock. It's only the second time they've held it so it will likely be hit and miss but last year there was a wide range of stock marked down as low as 100 yen and some good recent titles around 4/500 yen
