This is an old link that probably has been posted before but, just in case it hasn't appeared, it's now in the Ghetto for the sake of completeness.

The proceedings of the 12th World Congress of Sexology in Yokohama are available via "Sexuality and Human Bonding" Edited by S. Matsumoto, Japan Family Planning Association, 1-2 Ichigaya-Sadohara-cho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Japan. This book looks like an absolute must-read if only because it has a chapter entitled "Oral Sessions: Sexuality in the orient. Three principles of Japanese sexual morals" (S. Miyahara and N. Ueno).
