I am here in Japan and.....

Postby 503 » Mon Dec 19, 2005 11:02 pm

I have finally arrived in Japan and I have F*cked Gaijin to thank for it! Thanks guys!!! I arrived on Oct. 26, 2005 from Long Island, New York. I decided to open a new F'ed gaijin account and start fresh, plus I forgot my name and password from the old account. I especially want to thank Taro, Steve Bilderman, Caustic, and Ultra. Anyone in Niigata Ken want to chill?

A lot of snow

Postby 503 » Tue Dec 20, 2005 5:01 pm

There is a lot of snow here but, I lived in Connecticut for 7 years, so it is nothing new to me. I can't wait to snowboard.

You think it's cold? Just be glad you don't live where I do. It got down to -12F last week.

Where are you?

Postby 503 » Tue Dec 20, 2005 5:43 pm

Been there done that in Connecticut, it used to get that cold a couple times a year. I didn't mind it so much, but my dog would walk about 20 meters and beg me to pick her up. She is a short haired mutt, not built for cold. I don't understand the Kanji; you are in hell, but where in hell?

I believe that location is referred to in English as "the Hell of Incessant Suffering," where you spend eternity being beaten with heavy metal rods and sliced apart with swords. I really should pick a more appropriate hell, that one is for murderers and rapists. I was originally looking around for the "Hell of the Red Lotus" which is supposedly a Hell so painful it cannot be desccribed except to say that you double over in pain so intensely that your spine rips out of your body and curls up so it looks like a red lotus flower. But I couldn't find the kanji for that.

Jesus. That's why some choose to live in the tropics during this time of the year. It's all about endless summer 8)

He is indeed. Wait till you see his dark side!

Hey, you asked.
The buddhist hells are fascinating. There are cold hells and hot hells, and a hell for about every purpose. Right now, after a week of subzero temps, a hot hell sounds like a refreshing change of pace.

being from ottawa i'm no stranger to snow and cold but damn, this is a shitload of the stuff..

if anyone is interested i can send you lots through cool takyuubin or something.. buyer pays shipping of course..
